      Dear Olly

      I have problems with the mail view!
      I choose in template instead of text now html format and it looks good.
      When I open it in the MS Outlook, it looks very large. Even it does not fit on one side!

      Enclosed I send you 2 print screen you can see it better than my bad English.

      Each sentence has a great distance with the very first sentence.
      Why does not Outlook appear the same as in the WP template view?

        you have to ask outlook that
        the template is pure html which gets sent to outlook. what they do with it i have no control over
        however, you could inspect the email source in outlook somehow i guess and see what they are doing with it (or perhaps there are some other settings you have set in outlook itself that do this )

        by default the customer data is left and right aligned, where as in your screenshot it’s all left aligned, so something is overriding things but only you will/might know what that is
