      Lately every time I place an order in one of my clients website who uses the Payeezy gateway I get a payment failed message, but the actual order goes through successfully.

      There have been other customers who keep placing the order two or three times and then end up calling the store because they keep getting the payment failed message, but their CC’s are being charged each time.

      Any chance you could take a look at this when time allows please?

        nothing has changed in the plugin so if it worked before, it should work now unless somthing has changed elsewhere.
        off the top off my head, i believe there is also an option to turn on logging in the gateway.
        if that’s on , check the logfiles in the log directory of the payeeze gateway for error etc logs.
        it will/should tell you there what the problem is, provided the permissions are still correct (i believe you cloned your setup so the permissions should be cloned correctly too)

          The payment failed message happens randomly. I have logging turned on. I will check those.

          Last night I moved the site into a standalone site. Finishing it right now. Let’s see how it goes

            I checked the logs, but they do not show any errors anywhere. Yesterday the error happened with a customer. I tried to place an order right after her to see, but my order was successfully charged. I can’t seem to be able to pin point what’s causing it. It just happens randomly at the moment.

              enabled wp_debug ?
              anything there ?
              again, nothing changed in the plugin(s) except you moving servers i believe so the chances are it’s somewhere there….
              make sure the webserver has the right permissions too (chown if necessary)

                I forgot wp debug. I only checked the payeezy logs. Will try wp debug today to see what shows up in there.
