That’s weird. I also have multisite and it works fine. I received an update for the Stripe gateway about a week or two ago.

If you put your license in the extension options and hit Activate you will receive update notifications for the extensions

Ahhh I see. I had to hide the scrolling cart in one of my themes because it was ruining the mobile experience. That explains it. I will disable the scrolling cart and try the mini cart.

              Thanks

Yea. Interfax doesn’t require an attachment, but it does require an authorized FROM sender that you specify in your Interfax account profile. Simply set the authorized sender in the FROM field in wppizza and you’re good to go.

I use interfax.net I simply add the fax number as an email in the BCC field in the wppizza settings. Once an order is placed Interfax will fax over the order to the store fax.

Just make sure you can also receive emails on a tablet or smartphone or whatever. Sometimes faxes are out of paper or jammed, or there might be a phone outage in the area and you never know if an order came through.

I hired a developer to create a call confirmation plugin as only the store owner receives the emails on his phone. Once an order is placed it makes a call to the shop so they know an online order was placed and tells them to go and check the fax machine.

I heard back from my hoster regarding the issue with HTML emails. Here’s their reply.

That’s very strange! We definitely support both HTML and Plain Text emails, and I know it works fine with lots of other customers. I have passed this along to our engineering team to take a deeper look at.

In the meantime I created a new testing website in single installation with just wppizza and the stripe gateway installed using the default 2015 theme. I selected HTML in the WP-Pizza Settings, and edited the template a bit in the template builder to make the font a bit bigger. Still no luck using HTML. If I switch back to plaintext emails it works fine.

Hopefully they can find out what’s causing the issue.

                        Gotcha.

Yea, the WAT plugin hides the Help section. That was me trying to declutter the dashboard a bit. I will make the change to display it.

Question: Do we still have to do this in the latest wppizza version?
Or can we simply edit the template in the template section of the plugin?

if using PHPMailer function you probably want to edit the html template. To do so, move “wppizza-order-html-email.php” from the wppizza template directory to your theme folder and edit as required

I would do it that way, but my hoster has their setup in a proprietary way that they say it won’t work. Supposedly their engineers are working on implementing it, but they don’t have an ETA at the moment.
Still waiting to hear back from them from my earlier email that I sent them asking a few questions regarding this.

You were clear on the first reply. I understood what you meant. I’m still trying to figure out why when I select to use HTML emails it doesn’t work.

I wanted to know if it was possible making the font bigger in plaintext emails cause I’m using in the meantime till I can figure out the HTML email issue.

I reached out to my hoster asking a few questions about the way they have it setup and why it doesn’t work when selecting to use HTML emails.

While browsing online over the weekend I stumbled upon this.
                                    http://printnode.com
Interesting, and they have an API too

                                    https://www.printnode.com/docs/php-api-integration/

Any possibilities on getting wp-pizza to talk to printnode in the future?

Got it. I activated the license in my demo site and got the updates and was also able to update with no issues which also took care of the ingredients problem I was having.

                                        Thanks!!

quick question, I don’t have the plugin network activated. I have it set to autoactivate on a per site basis automatically. I don’t see an update notification on the main network site updates. Do I need it network enabled in order to see the updates from the main sites?

Also, I have the unlimited sites license. Is there a way to hard code the license so it activates the license on each site when created?

                                          Thanks!
