for my restaurant, i dont have home delivery charges (i.e. free home delivery).
but the minimum order value is different for each zip code. I want this feature. is that possible.
for example the minimum order for zip 85049 is 10 euros, for zip 85050 is 15 euros etc.

the distinct option of “No delivery offered / pickup only” in the main plugin has only been added recently and has – as yet – not been reflected in the post/zipcode extension. I do however plan to update the extension as soon as i find time (in the next week or two).
In the meantime and if you are desperate, you could use the workaround here : http://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-mention-of-delivery. and use the associated and appropriate settings in the zip/postcode extension

My restaurant gives free home delivery on all orders. But the minimum order for home delivery is zip code dependent. for example, the minimum order for zip 85049 would be 10 euros, while zip 85055 will be 20 euros. Is this feature possible ? if so , how ?
