Hello – I was wondering if we can add a link near the “print order” in Order History for “order notes” that pops up a window where we can write notes on the order i.e. it was suppose to be a check but they paid in cash, or even to write comments the customer said.
when there are no notes the link shows as normalwhen there ARE notes on the order then it can show in a different color or some distinction.
6 January, 2014 at 12:51 am #3778It’s certainly an idea which may or may not make it into one of the next releases..all depends on what else needs to have priority. Shouldnt be too difficult but – as ever – is a matter of finding the time

StrattonOn that note – can we have a way to edit order’s payment processing type i.e. someone chose an order as cash on delivery but you get to the door and they want to do a card instead (I have a swiper for my phone) so then i can go back and edit the order to an order ID that corresponds to the credit card processed orders
9 January, 2014 at 3:15 am #3780Sorry, but changing order id’s is just a really bad idea as no-one knows anymore which was what (imagine your customer has an email of your order and refers to that in another email to you, but you changed the order id. you will have no idea what he’s talking about.)
Your scenario should go into the notes section (when it exists)
