After the order is placed and payment is made, after paypal redirection user is taken to the orders page and in this page there is just

do you have logging enabled in paypal plugin ?

anything in the paypal logs directory ?
i cannot see anything particularly wrong in the debug.log that could cause this
any chance of getting that shop opened again for a few minutes so i can see things ?

PS: you might want to delete that debug.log . it will get regenerated with new stuff, but you really do not need megabytes of this stuff here.
i would also suggest – when we are done here – you turn debug off again (unless you like your server being filled with junk)…

are you sure it says :
“error [PP-1102]: Sorry, this order does not exist !”
and not either (note the different numbers !)
“error [PP-1103]: Sorry, this order does not exist !”
“error [PP-1102]: Sorry, this order has already been processed or does not exist !”
your version isn’t really possible
if it’s pp-1102 etc etc, is there anything in th epaypal logs/directory ? (assuming you turned on logging in the paypal settings in wppizza->gateways….2 September, 2015 at 11:32 pm #11952

actually, forget that ftp stuff for the moment, i believe i might know where the problem is.
