default text instead of date/time

I have the preorder installed. If the Pizza Shop is open, If the pizza shop is open, “so fast as possible” should be written and not the date/time to choose. I have disabled the hook “date / time instead of default text” Nevertheless, there is always only one time to choose. The URL is the following, could someone help me against payment?

I have a similar problem with a second shop, where I would also depend on help.

have you disabled all other plugins ?
have you switched to a default theme (i.e something like 2016) ?
to narrow things down ?

Not until now, because I thought I was doing something wrong. But I tried a lot in the plugins to change. Cache, preparation time, etc.

Strange is: I have disabled the preorder plugin, and then there was not even a time to select.

I thought that if the shop has open, can also order for a certain time.

sure, but i’m somewhat confused what it is you are expecting when – as you say – “I have disabled the preorder plugin”…..

If I deactivate the plugin, there is no time to choose, also the text “as fast as possible” is not visible. Should that be so?

Now I have found something out. If i do not select a zip/location from the popup and close the popup and then make an order, the default text will be displayed!

If i choose a zip/location from the popup then it comes the date/time to choose.

No matter if the shop is open or not.

what does that mean? is a conflict with the post / zip code plugin? If i deactivate it, then comes the default text.

i’m not with you. if you de-activate that plugin it doesn’t do anything . of course there should be no text and nothing to choose from (I really dont understand the confusion there)

of course. that’s the idea of the plugin
you can order when the shop is closed for the time when the shop is open

i’m not with you. if you de-activate that plugin it doesn’t do anything . of course there should be no text and nothing to choose from (I really dont understand the confusion there)

I falsely assumed that if the shop is open, you can order on a specific time. That was my fault.

The 2nd mistake was that I forgot to post the URL. It is https://pizza-bella-mare.ch/

i’ll see what i can reproduce here
might be a conflict between the postcode and preorder plugin (because when i simply do not select any postcode in the popup it DOES say “as soon as possible” …)

will get back to you when i know more. this might take a bit

PS: i actually have an idea what might cause this and it’s not a conflict as such but something in the preorder plugin itself (that’s my current thought at least … i won’t bore you with the details )

ok
i believe 2.0.6 fixes this now (make sure you clear your cache first so you don’t see old dates in the frontend you might have entered previously)

Awesome! This support is very exemplary. Absolutely top! Thanks a lot, i installed and now it works!

The shop still has a suggestion: If the customer clicks in the field “default text” (which he does not actually have to do), he can only select one time, but no longer the field “default text”. Would that ev. Possible with the next version to implement? like it is e.g. takeaway.com resp. eat.ch

Here it is 7:55, the shop opens at 11:00. Now stands with the order “default text”, that should not be, right? Now the time should come 11:00 + minimum preparation time. in my case 11.30.

if you set to display your default text when no selection has been made yet, then that’s what it does and should do.

presumably your text says “as soon as possible” so 11:30 is as soon as possible
