if the huge list you are referring to is a temporary solution, than do that until i can determine what may be the issue…

i can only think of a some very borderline situation where this might be the case (perhaps)
not boring you with details here, try the following(although if you already changed things to use the long list we talked about instead and it works, it may be something to try tomorrow when you are not open !!!)
do this:
delete that code entirely and save
add a new code option and re-enter that code/exclusions/options/details as was.
savedoes it work now ?
(i am just wondering if you had/used the same code 2x, but as they have to be unique, the settings from one got saved with the other…again, very borderline and not 100% thought through if this could be the case even but if redoing of it works than at least one has some possible strting point)

9 April, 2015 at 9:45 pm #9051I did on a previous version of my website but not this one – it was one of my reasons that I had to remake my website I was unable to add the code ‘naga10’ as I had added it before but deleted it (so the database or wherever the information is held still thought that coupon was active). I would have just changed the code name but I had already sent our flyers/letters promoting the discount code.

that would be very much appreciated if you could and let me know.
the – now hopefully squashed – bug would/could also pretty much explain all of the above.there were also a couple of other VERY obscure things you will unlikely to have ever noticed in your scenario , but wile i was at it i fixed those too
you’ll see the update – as usual – in your plugin page (in the next hour or so i would have thought).
7 May, 2015 at 10:33 pm #9755Hi Olly. I never actually tested whether the new updated worked but I have just tried it with new coupon codes I have set with certain dishes not to be discounted but they are still being discounted…

all i can say is – as far as i know – this has been fixed. having said that, that doesn’t mean that there might not be issues.
however, unless i can see the options set, there isn’t much i can do as i would have to reproduce it first with your settings/options set.if you don’t mind though, please start a new topic as this thread is starting to get a bit messy now

not the point of course. if it’s part of the plugin and it doesn’t work, i should/will fix it (kind of silly to have an option that doesn’t work). So if you can show me settings/options and an example that throws that error I will have a look at the issue. (first i will have to try to reproduce it of course )
