there are 3 layouts to choose from.(wppizza->layout) the demo here https://www.wp-pizza.com/twentytwelve/ uses the “default” layout
if you want to change layout/css depending on what you want/need, you will have to set your css declarations according to your needs (see also https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/customising-the-css/ )
