Hello,

we know that Google Cloudprint is only supported until end of the year and we’re already looking for alternatives.

But our newest problem is, that all of our orders are not printed automatically. The print jobs are not redirected to Google Cloudprint. So the error is not in Cloudprint but in the connection, the server or the settings.

Do you maybe know how we can solve this problem? I don’t have any idea what to do or how even to find the error.
