as you know, i use the preorder plugin and you developed a function “orders per timestep” which is very helpful for me and – i think – other restaurant owners during the crises.
To make this function a lot more helpful i would like to request two additional features:
1. We receive the orders even by phone, so it would be very important for us to let the system know, that an order has been placed by phone at a specific timeslot. E.G. If we have a 15 minutes timeslot and allow 3 orders within this 15 minutes it is very bad to receive 3 orders by phone and 3 orders by web. At the moment we have to set closing times to stop weborders, when the timeslot is allready full. But this is a lot of work and we are faced with overlaps…
2. We also allow pick-up orders. For that, we can offer more orders because we don’t need our drivers to deliver it. It would be nice to have three different settings: X delivery orders per timeslot, X pick-up orders per timeslot, X orders total per timeslot.
I think many restaurants work like that, so i’m sure, that we are not alone with this problems. As i told you somedays before, i would donate for the development to support you.

One more request 😉
Some of our customers complained, that they can not see the next available delivery- / pickup-time before proceeding with the order. Sometimes they get all the things in the basket and after proceeding they see that there is no free slot within the next 2,5 hours. Would be nice to show the next possible timeslot (pickup / delivery when you create the feature requested above) on the first page or by using a shortcode.
