      Hi Olly,

I have problem with generation of Token in Google Cloud Print Add-in of WPPizza.
Few days back everything was working fine. Orders was getting printed from cloud printer very well. All of sudden, something happened and printer stopped printing the orders.

I have seen that you provided an update to this plugin and I updated the plugin. I repeated all the steps again in setting up this plugin and printer means Adding a printer first in google cloud, generating client id and secret, provided printer id, other input in plugin and saved it. Then I tried to generate the token, and I see the webpage with following details:

      URL – http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/wppizza-google-cloudprint/inc/oAuthRedirect.php?op=offline

      Page content-
      The http://www.mywebsite.com page isn’t working
http://www.mywebsite.com is currently unable to handle this request.
      HTTP ERROR 500

I have checked everything so many times and now I gave up and writing to you. I have cleared browser cache too, even I created new gmail account, generating new ids, scret etc., also checked http, https things, BUT still facing problem in generating the token.

I need your urgent help here. Please let me know how I can get rid of this issue because it is affecting my business.

      Thank a lot!

        first thing to do/try:
        – enable debug https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/how-to-enable-debug-in-wordpress/
        – check the debug.log and your server error logs to see what the 500 error is about (it can absolutely be anything)
        – de-activate the cloudprint plugin and see if the 500 error goes away (if you have no access to the backend because of the 500 and assuming you checked your error logs to make sure it’s caused by the cloudprint plugin to start off with, delete the plugin directory using ftp, you can always reinstall it)

let me know what you find

PS: when you say “All of sudden, something happened and printer stopped printing the orders.” What changed ?

            Hi Olly,

            Many thanks for your reply.
The error occurs whenever I clicked on “Info Token: Click here to get Token”; meaning plugin in active state. I have tried uninstall and reinstall it many times but all the times the same 500 error.

I have activated the Debugging and found in debug log the following

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class HttpRequest in wp-content/plugins/wppizza-google-cloudprint/inc/HttpRequest.Class.php on line 30

I have checked and tested my printer by printing browser screen and it worked fine. So from printer side it looks fine.

            Please help.
            Thanks
            Yadav

can you send me a list of all the other plugins you have installed ?
you can go to wppizza->tools : [system info tab]
and copy and paste the output here (mark the reply as private if you wish)

in any case, there appears/might be a namespace collision with another plugin somewhere.
try updating the cloudprint plugin to the latest version (3.5.2) which I just made available (might take a few minutes to show up in your dashboard/plugin admin)

Let me know if that helps or indeed if you still have the same issue after updating
