wir haben kürzlich ein Projekt von einem Kunden übernommen. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Online Shop einer Pizzeria. Der Inhaber sprach uns nun zu folgendem Problem an: Er hat immer wieder den Fall, dass bei bestimmten Produkten (bspw. Thunfisch-Pizza) einzelne Zutaten durch seine Kunden nicht gewünscht werden. Beispielsweise bedeutet dies, dass bei der Thunfisch-Pizza häufig Zwiebeln nicht gewünscht sind. Bisher läuft es so, dass die Kunden Ihren Wunsch im Kommentarfeld hinterlassen. Das verursacht beim Kunden Schwierigkeiten und es kommt häufig vor, dass diese Wünsche untergehen.

Daher möchte der Kunde, dass wir die Möglichkeit einrichten, dass die Zutaten abgewählt werden können. Ist dies möglich und wenn ja, wie geht man hierbei am besten vor? Müssen wir bspw. die Ingredients für jede Pizza einzeln festlegen, sodass diese dann abgewählt werden können? Ich freue mich darauf, von dir zu hören!

we recently took over a project from a customer. This is an online shop of a pizzeria. The owner now addressed us to the following problem: He repeatedly has the case that for certain products (such as tuna pizza) individual ingredients are not desired by his customers. For example, this means that in the tuna pizza onions are often not desired. So far it is the case that the customers leave their wish in the comment field. This causes difficulties for the customer and it often happens that these wishes disappear.

Therefore, the customer wants us to set up the possibility that the ingredients can be deselected. Is this possible and if so, what is the best way to do it? For example, do we have to set the ingredients individually for each pizza so that they can be deselected? I am looking forward to hearing from you!
