          I sent my message to my host’s support, and they whitelisted my domain on the outbound spam filter. I never did figure out why the email was treated as spam.
          Works now.

            I looked at the Spam notice: nothing seems to fit.

              I just turned debug on and ran test.
              Error log is empty: where is debug data?

                When set to HTML I did get the following message:

                        Yeah, I was a little embarrassed when I went back that it worked!
                        I added a cart to every page that helped.
                        However, does not send email: wp-mail cannot instantiate
