cant see a cart on that page…..?!
https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/things-to-do-on-first-install/
link ?
good stuff (also nice to know which one works , thanks)
you want to have a look into cloning wordpress sites in general
in short, don’t use the navigation widget unless you are using the appropriate template
https://www.wp-pizza.com/forum/installation/
https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/navigation-widget/i would suggest:
set your debug in wp-config to as it was
i.e change
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
back to
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);delete the debug.log file in wp-contents (no need to fill up the server with junk)
delete the info.php you put in your root directory (or not, your call really)
sell pizzas (in your case sandwiches) and stop worrying as it now seems to work
if you come across the case again in the future that emails get delivered hours after being sent, shout at godaddy
nothing to do with me…..
maybe a bit of a shout/rant in their direction might be in order (as to why does it take about an hour for emails to be delivered..)
then again, they may just have had some issues they have now sorted…dunno
for the moment i think, let’s not waste our time with what happened (i certainly haven’t changed anything and you neither from what i can tell)
i suspect it’s host side…..
same here, i just got the test order i placed 30 minutes or so ago…
ok, still. your host might have updated stuff (and disabled mail function for so called security reasons)
let me know what they are sayingjust reiterating the question (to be sure)
did you update any other software (plugins/themes for example) when you updated wppizza ?works fine.
cant see anything wrong with the install though.
could you ask your server/host/serveradmin if they have updated the software and possibly disabled the mail function ? (just because the same happened at someone elses server a couple of days ago, so i am just wondering)essentially , nothing has changed regarding mail delivery in the last few versions (in fact for months) of wppizza…(that is not to say that nothing got screwed up, but I cannot see anything at the moment in the plugin or result on your server that could stop this from working)
btw, that file should be a plain text file (i.e use notepad or something , NOT msword etc)
ok.
create a file called info.php.
put in it the following
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
and put it into the root of your wordpress installation
>This is unrelated to the topic, though,
not necessarily true , but – for both of our sanity – let’s just ignore that here.
in any case. only your theme throws the strict errors now. that’s a start at leastcan you add a file with phpinfo(); in it somewhere so i can look at the server vars?
(if you dont know what i’m on about , let me know and i explain more)given that i cant even see this loaded anywhere on the frontend why does it even execute/throw errors ?
on top of that: what’s with all the errors relating to this ?
easyway-online-ordering-for-restaurants ??
https://wordpress.org/plugins/easyway-online-ordering-for-restaurants/
Compatible up to: 3.5.2 !!!btw, any other plugin/theme you updated ?
(or even server software)thanks.
ignoring – for the moment at least – all the errors/notices etc that your theme and other plugins throw here
http://www.broncossandwiches.com/wp-content/debug.logcan you set your mailer – at least temporarily – (wppizza->settings->Select Type of Mail Delivery) to HTML and PLaintext (as that tends to give better error messages)
thanks, can you turn on debug please (and let me know when you’ve done so)
