This related WPPizza plugin error appeared on all the site pages:

      Warning: session_start(): open(/home/srtapZW34Wl5/domain.com/tmp/sess_epjf3bhp3svdo495e8iddmb5q5, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /usr/home/srtapZW34Wl5/domain.com/web/wp-content/plugins/wppizza/classes/wppizza.actions.inc.php on line 2936

All the plugins and WP installation is updated. Can you help with this?

      Best regards!

Deactive Plugin and delete it, Upload again and aktivate it.

I’ve deactivated it, but when going to delete it I got a warning that says that the plugins and all the data will be deleted. I have LOTS of products in the data base, and I’m scared of they being deleted by deleting the plug-in.

Are you sure that the plug-in can be deleted and installed again without losing settings and products?

          Regards.

dont delete database, with FTP go to your server, wp-content >> Plugins >> delete wp-pizza
            and reupload again new version.
but first, deactivate it in admin panel.

if you’re scared 🙂 backup it your DB in phpmyadmin

              Thanks for the reply.

I did as you suggested. Deactivated plugin, deleted files via FTP, reuploaded last version and reactivated. But as soon as I activate the plugin, the error appears again.

It seems it didn’t work. 🙁

                set wppizza.actions.inc.php in 644

                check your error-log in server

your sessions are not setup correctly
you should speak to your host/server admin to give your session save path the right permissions

                    This solved the problem! 🙂

As you suggested, there was a problem on the server with the tmp folder permisions.

Thanks so much for your help!
