Not obvious at all, you need some screenshots your documentation, may be via word doc
I had no idea I was supposed to go on that page as well and there was a drop-down menu15 February, 2017 at 9:33 pm #25547
when you install(ed) the cloudprint plugin you will have (had) to go to the options page for it to do anything.
the documentation – as it where – is on that page …..
really can’t see how much more obvious one can make it15 February, 2017 at 9:36 pm #25548
>I had no idea I was supposed to go on that page
so how did you set it up then if you never went to that page ? the plugin simply does not work if you do not enter anything there15 February, 2017 at 9:55 pm #25549
You’re not listening to your customer, I’ve been web developer for 20 years and I’m telling you your documentation is it sufficient to let people know what’s happening.
You need screenshots and pictures as well as text.15 February, 2017 at 9:56 pm #25550
But I do want to thank you for your support, I never would’ve figured out that I needed to change the drop-down menu on that page had not been for you15 February, 2017 at 10:05 pm #25551
>You’re not listening to your customer,
it’s your prerogative to think that, i just happen to disagree … but that’s ok
>But I do want to thank you for your support
no documentation will ever be perfect mind you (especially given that the software itself tends to change quite rapidly)
best thing i can do (and i do my best on that front) is to reply to and solve any issues there might by as quickly as possible – given the above i ‘d say “mission accomplished ”
