Hello everybody
First 1 want to introduce myself
My name is Cliff I am from Holland
I have some issues with my webpage I use wppizza I am very happy with it but wy where almost finished but then stripe ideal give some issues every time I did a payment it’s go back to the progress page from my website on this moment it goes wrong it’s keep refreshing en it come not true zo der is a payment but no order on the website and by stripe I can see there was a activity but I don’t show a payment if I test ideal it’s the same it keeps spinning in the process page but if I pay with a test credit card I see the payment in stripe but not on my webpage what can I do to get it working sorry for my bad EnglishThanks for all the help

Do need only the test key inside or Al the keys? now I have Al te Keys inside
18 May, 2020 at 11:47 am #49111I have reset my website again with my server and I have reinstalled everything but still the same error message I also tried another template but unfortunately the same error message I also asked for help at stripe hopefully they have the solution I will keep you the height if they have a solution I would like to ask you to think along with me for a solution thanks for all help Greetings cliff

but make sure you enter the right private and public keys for test and live in the plugin settings and the webhook in live and test settinsgcan you please forward me the conversation you had with stripe to

I want to heave a word with STRIPE regarding suggesting something that stupid like changing source code18 May, 2020 at 2:05 pm #49119sorry i didn’t save the conversation it was also a live chat conversation i won’t change anything about the souce code i thought it was a bit weird it should work without changing the souce code.
I am going to refresh all keys and use them again.
if that doesn’t work you can check the inside of the websitethanks again for all the support

that’s not accessible to anyone but youa 400 error is a server error – only your server admin will know why it throws a 400 error
can you send me a screenshot of your webhooks as they are set up in your stripe account please

Test/Live Secret Key [required]
Test/Live Publishable Key [required]if you *have* set a webhook test/live key , try emptying those fields and saving

yes, that’s correct. in test mode that’s what you’ll get for ideali have just made a test order there
can you please log into your stripe account and send me the events list for that orderie
https://dashboard.stripe.com/events
click on that event (probably some “failed” event)
under “event data” click “see all [x] lines”
