      Hi,

I am testing WPPizza in a multisite environment.
      Everything works fine.

      I do have a major question however;
When i go to the “main-site” that hosts the child sites (different restaurants), I see the orderhistory of all sites. Perfect! But when i want to print the order, the name of the original site (e.g. restaurant) is not displayed. I want to see on the printed order from which restaurant the order comes from.

How do I get that done?

      Warm regards,
      David

          Hi,

          Yes I did.
I can see on the dashboard from which restaurant the order comes from. It just isn’t on the print out.

I want to get the name of the restaurant on the printout, basically in all correspondence (emails, prints etc.)

Dont know if it is possible, i guess the blog name title must be put in several php files. The thing is… I dont know sh*t about how and what to put in. (i think I have to edit the individual php files in the template folder). But how how how …..

          Thanks in advance.

            Let me give you an idea of what I want to acomplish;

In the past I purchased WPPizza and some extensions, and it works like a charm. Really great.

Now I want to go to another level.

I want to create a sort of “Food Portal” where users can order food from any restaurant listed on my site.
The idea behind is that the users can base their selection on:
            – Type of dish (e.g. Chinese, Javanese, European etc.)
            – Location
            – Popularity
            – Individual restaurant
If they click on location, all restaurants in that location must be listed. By clicking one of these restaurants, the menu (foodmenu) must be listed so they can order online.
If they click on type of dish, the client must be given an overview of all the different locations where that type of dish is available. After that they will be given the restaurants, and then the products belonging to that restaurant.

It is a bit like http://www.takeaway.com

Is that possible with WPPizza Multi site license? If yes, what are the costs?
If not, any suggestions ? I tried Woocommerce with views and types, but that doesn’t give me the results I want to have.

OK, when i print the order on the child site itselves, the name of the restaurant is printed.
If i print the order through the order history on the parent site, the name of the parent site is printed. There lies my problem to be more exact.

                >(i think I have to edit the individual php files in the template folder). …..
                NOOOOOO

                > It just isn’t on the print out.
                i’ll look at that.
in the meantime though (and probably a better idea anyway):
go to each sites localization and set the appropriate header/title where it says:
Print Order Admin - [Header]: optional - for example your shops name

                >food portal.
let me put it this way:
doable ? yes. but not without some coding you will have to do yourself to – essentially – built yourself a frontend that searches and redirects as required

                  >quoting myself: go to each sites localization and set the appropriate header/title where it says:….

come to think of it. not sure if that would actually do what you want it to do either..will have to investigate (or quickly do this yourself and let me know what happens)

                    Brethren,

The shopname was already set in this section

Suda’s Roti Restaurant Print Order Admin – [Address]: replace with your shop’s address [html allowed]
Suda’s Roti Restaurant Print Order Admin – [Header]: optional – for example your shops name

From the main site it obviously print the name of the main site on the order, despite the order comes from another restaurant (site name).
With only a few orders I can easily go to the child site order history page, and print the order from there.

With (hopefully) more and more orders and restaurants to be added on the list this isn’t really handy.
So for now I will do it this way, if there is another solution please let me know.

For now, many thanks for the great support.

                    Bless.
                    David

essentially, it’s a mistake on my part (not boring you with the details) ….
i’ll fix that in an update via an option to do either or something, as I can also think of reasons why someone wants it kept as is
