      In the main menu how would you display a link to their current shopping cart, so they can see what is in their even though they have never completed an order or still haven’t checked out, I don’t see any item in any of the settings that allows you to display the shopping cart in the main menu at the top of the page, anybody know how this is done?

        try enabling the minicart perhaps (enable in the widget)?
        alternatively – use the “totals” shortcode (wppizza type=’totals’)

        or you could of course also just link to the order page …

        there will be a few more options for this sort of thing in version 3.x , but for now it’s the above
