Let me answer your question first. At the Order Form Settings page I’ve ticked the boxes next to “table” and changed another field to “Waiter” and ticked it also. So when the waiter goes to a table with his tablet, he order the food and beverage items – when he submit the order – a box appear where he can fill in the table nr next to “table” and his name next to “waiter” (But you know this as you wrote the program). Now he place the order. The order goes to 2 email addresses – one to the kitchen and one to the bar. When the customer wants his bill, the admin lady has to print out the order so that the customer can pay.

In the order history folder it shows the following (I would love to add a screenprint – but this forum doesn’t allow me to) But anyway – it shows under “Order” (Left hand) Date/payment By/Order ID. Under Customer Details it shows. Table: with the table number and below it Waiter plus the waiters name. Then there is a line and below the line it shows the ordered food items and the price.

But this is where the problem comes in – when I select “print order” the only details on the print screen is: name of Restaurant/Date/OrderID/Payment due/Delivery Type/ Payment Type COD and transaction ID. Below that the items ordered with a total – There is NO table nr OR name of WAITER. Did I do something wrong?
