the problem still exists. things i did:
– Mail: I checked with our server administrator: No delay in the mail.
– Paypal: i called paypal : no delay or clearance from their side.Today I had the same problem on 3 orders. Do you have any hint for me what else can I do or check?
(Funny & strange thing: right now I have the same problem with an order on your side: I ordered a new paypal gateway liscense and in my paypal accoutn the order is marked as “payed” and on your site it says “payment status pending”)
Sorry to bother you with this so much but I really don’t know what to do or to resolve the problem.

THomasHmmm no I think we didn’t understand right.
PayPal does everything ok. The Customer sits at 18:20 in front of the computer and makes the order. He pay via paypal. Payment is made. Paypal sende the Payment confirmation to the seller.
Our System insted does the following:
It send the order mail at 19:26. And the strange thing is: in the order mail it say : Time of order: 18:20 !
But if i look at the order history of wp-pizza it says order time: 19:26. But then why is the correct time of the order noted in the order Mail. That does not make sense to me.What do i miss ? What do i not understand?

I am using the WP Pizza plugin in the Version : 2.16.11.23
Paypal Gateway Plugin Version : 3.0.5.1Is it save to use the newest Paypal Gateway Version weith the “old” Wp Pizza Version? I was unsure because of the Major Update Version. Then I will update of course 🙂

the first thing i tried was to install aplugin called Ban Hammer (wordpress.org/plugins/ban-hammer/) but it doesn’t work – i still could use an mail i tried to blacklist.
then i thought: Ok IF i MUST use double opt in i will disable all guest checkouts – so that users MUST use a valid mail to get their password. that was the clostest thing for me to assure no fake emails are used. thats why i thought about disableing the guest account.
Maybe it would be helpful if the wp pizza system can provide some sort of blacklist mail thing – because third party plugins don’t seem to work for what i tried – so in that way when you notice that there is a fake mail use you can start blocking this mail in the system.
