Omg I just saw the Verion 3 is ylready out … i will have a look at this one and maybe if you have any idea too i am glad to hear from you

after some talks with my isp and a lawyer i am totally frustrated now: Here in Germany we MUST use a double opt in procedure when people register for an account.
So for me that means:
1. no more guest accounts – but thats ok
2. I need that procedure on my website and as far as I know wp pizza does not support it.Right?
It means that people register for an account and are getting an Email where they confirm that they really created that account. and after that they can make a order.
Damn i am really frustrated now because I don’t see a solution for this – maybe you can help me with this in any way. or implement this procedure in the new 3.0 version … or anything …. 🙁

ThomasOh wait there was an order … it was March…. Hmmm… I will contact my webhost again and let you know what they say ….
The mail is send from wp pizza – because it is the subject line i use when an order is placed. but at this time there is no order “in the system”. so something is going on ….
Ok i asked them for some more information and here is what they wrote:
We don’t know about the technical backgrounds how the mails are send – we just see outgoing mails and the blacklist operator Manitu (www.dnsbl.manitu.net) contacted us and told us, that our mailservers were on a blacklist, because of emails, which were send through my-dinos.com

I think I found what i need but you asked: Not just Guests: I wanted it for both: Logged in AND guests 🙂But i Think with the way describes above it will work fine!

Thx!Ah … is this the “Max uses” in the general field? SO if i say “May Uses”: 1 and “for anybody” … then logged in useres AND guests can use the coupon code and every code can be just used once. (it is for random generates codes to be send to customers).
and when the code was used pnce after that it is invalid … right? maybe this is what i wanted 🙂
I just realized I can’t use “Once per customer only” for guests … is there any way to realize that?

“enable things like “buy one particular item get one other particular item free/reduced”, “buy 2 of this , get one of that” or any other up-sells/cross-sells etc along those lines” … that’s what i would have needed.anyway … if I found a workaround i let you all know 🙂

Ok that is the problem … I can’t it write somewhere… because there are many different amounts for the minimum order – depends on the zip code a user enters.

nope it does not 🙂 It should say: “zur Zeit geschlossen, bitte wähle einen Zeitpunkt während unserer Öffnungszeiten” (that is the text when shop is closed) but instead it shows: “Wann soll geliefert werden” (which is the text that show up when the shop is open).So right now it just shows up one and the same text when the shop is open and closed. 🙂

a. Stating a new topic: Ok… should we continue here or should I open a new one now and repeat the issue ?
b. I noticed something – maybe it helps. If a user comes fomr the “main page” to a restaurant page and the minimum order/delivery charges are ignored … when i go to the order page and then change the zipcode/location from the dropdown … THEN the system realises that there is “data” and aplies it ….
I have a really big problem with it and maybe you can help.
1. I have a multisite installation with various restaurants
Structure is https://www.url.com/restaurant1
https://www.url.com/restaurant2
https://www.url.com/restaurant3
and so on.2. I have a page that is just for the user to select the post/zipcode …
that is the main page of my multisite installation3. On this main page i have entered all the zip codes for the various restaurants with a redirect to the restaurant. that works fine … user selects post/zip code and gets redirected. post/zip code is correctly used
4. on the restaurant page itself i have entered all the zipcodes with minimum order etc … again. (If a user doesn’t come via the main page. If he comes directly to the restaurant page he should select too…)
PROBLEM now: If a user comes directly to the restaurant page everything works fine. If a User comes via the “Main page” and selesct his zipcode he is redirected to the right site, the zip/postcode is correctly used BUT the
– delivery charges and
-minimum orderis ignored.
So in short:
Directly to page : everything is ok
User comes via “Main page” and get redirected: No Delivery Charges and no Minimum order. (The values from the restaurants oder settings are used …)Any idea what to do??
P.S. I hoipe you understand what I mean … SOrry for the maybe very bad explanation 🙁 But it is hard to find the right words for the (for me) complex situation….
