could take anything , between a few hours or a day
if it doesn’t show up by tomorrow, drop me an email and i’ll send it to you as attachmentsorry, dumb question , you just said that
did you activate your license ?
should be fixed now as of version 1.3
it *appears* that transient timeout is based on server settings and not wordpress timezone settings. I cannot be 100% sure yet, but as an educated guess, I wonder if your server/php.ini settings are set to the wrong timezone (as mentioned previously) and the transients (read cache) does therefore not expire when it should.
please check if your php.ini settings are correct and change them to the appropriate value.
if they need changing, do so , restart the server and enable caching again in the preorder plugin and check if this now works correctlythanks
PS: *might* also have been caused by that outdated plugin you are using btw. (don’t know though)
having a bit of a dig through the transients api, it might be the case that i have to change/add a couple of lines for a multisite setup …will up date the plugin in the next couple of daysit appears that the above is nonsense , and the way it’s used is actually correct (as it should not be set sitewide).
still though, will doublecheck what happens using your timezone settings>you got administrator rights on this site
only up to a point…doesn’t matter though for the momenta couple of things:
a) i have turned the caching option off under wppizza->preorder : options , which seems to sort this out. I will have to look as to why the caching timing might be wrong
it’s using wordpress transients, so it might also have to do with server settings…don’t know yet.in any case, are you sure your server/php.ini is setup for the right timezone ?
from what you said elsewhere , i hazard a guess it hasnt been set and is just using utc+0/GMT
you might want to look into that …b) – might also cause the issue, but am not going to dig through that code:
the ThreeWP Activity Monitor plugin you are using:
Requires: 3.3 or higher
Compatible up to: 3.4.2
Last Updated: 2014-5-20
This plugin is obsolete!
……….which site are we talking about ?
if its this
new.elmexicano.net.au/joondalup/i need proper access (i only see about 10% of stuff in the backend)
i dont think there should be an error when cancelling payment (as it isnt an error really)
however, one should be able to carry on doing whatever it is one wants to dokind of late here though, i’ll check tomorrow as to what is happening
PS the login you sent doesn’t allow me access to the frontend where i would need to have a look at
in any case though, let me see if i can reproduce this here firstmaybe your theme developers can help you..i must pass on that one (not due to unwillingness, but because i just dont know, sorry)
strangely though, it only appears to do that with your particular theme.
looking at others (2012 et all) it seems to be fine …dunno why , i must admitto be honest with you – looking at it on chrome – it seems to be loading the user agent stylesheet, completely ignoring paddings set for the type=email input – or in fact all inputs really – and i have no idea why it does that (or indeed how to override it)
is this the case on firefox etc too (cant find the login at the moment to check with FF / Opera / IE etc)?
the email field has a type=email as opposed to type=text
probably has to do something with that , so you might want to target it specifically
ie. input[type=email]{padding:0 /*or something*/}try to set your timezones by city , rather than utc+something (which i have seen causing issues, depending on other plugins)
>it’s definitely the correct function.php file
no it isn’t, that file should be named functions.php
read the stuff on that page. it says it all there…..
i would suggest you get your server working first…….
nope , still not working
