i have the same Problem now since 3 days. I cant make a order, only if i deactivate the preorder plugin. It worked for a few years, without making changes, it suddenly doesn’t work anymore.ok, thanks. Is it not possible to order via PDF?

Thanks a lot, and sorry for the double request. i have two websites, and both have since yesterday this problem. So tell me, How is it possible that the same mistake is made on both websites? And I’m 100% sure that neither I nor anyone else has made any changes. However, the two websites are on the same server. Is it possible that it has been changed by any updates from the server?

patrickHere it is 7:55, the shop opens at 11:00. Now stands with the order “default text”, that should not be, right? Now the time should come 11:00 + minimum preparation time. in my case 11.30.

The shop still has a suggestion: If the customer clicks in the field “default text” (which he does not actually have to do), he can only select one time, but no longer the field “default text”. Would that ev. Possible with the next version to implement? like it is e.g. takeaway.com resp. eat.ch

i’m not with you. if you de-activate that plugin it doesn’t do anything . of course there should be no text and nothing to choose from (I really dont understand the confusion there)I falsely assumed that if the shop is open, you can order on a specific time. That was my fault.

Now I have found something out. If i do not select a zip/location from the popup and close the popup and then make an order, the default text will be displayed!
If i choose a zip/location from the popup then it comes the date/time to choose.
No matter if the shop is open or not.
what does that mean? is a conflict with the post / zip code plugin? If i deactivate it, then comes the default text.
I thought that if the shop has open, can also order for a certain time.
Not until now, because I thought I was doing something wrong. But I tried a lot in the plugins to change. Cache, preparation time, etc.
Strange is: I have disabled the preorder plugin, and then there was not even a time to select.
