        OK I am investigating with the server people, but it’s not looking positive at the moment however I am pushing for better support from them. Also it is Friday and it is a busy day it’s not just one site but at all of them (7) get stuck on the order is processing page. I will try to provide you the logs if it turns up so far none.

              Ok the logs are on but nothing there, I have added the ipn history from PayPal. It says sent and I did check those yesterday too. so i know it is being sent.

              There have been no emails regarding error.

                Ok so in the troubleshooting section it says turn on logging I dont have that:

                – if you have not done so yet, turn on “logging” under wppizza->gateways->paypal : “Logging ? (Y/N)”

                  So basically you don’t want to help me find the problem? If I wanted those kind of answers I would’ve asked in stackoverflow but there is a difference I am a paying customer I have been paying $100s of dollars to you for your so called premium addons! Doesn’t that warrant any sort of good support? I am paying you to help me so will you help or refer me to vague places?

                  FYI I have unlimited site subscription to a few of your plugins which equates to $100s per year. Yesterday i sent you an email which you didn’t even bother to reply to, and there is another thread which you have left to being moderated, I wonder why? It’s not malicious it’s just asking for help for which I am paying you!

                    IPN is set up and was working for more than one year. It is set up to the recommended URL shown in the gateways screen. I can send a screenshot if you don’t believe me. Either way can you suggest how I can test if the IPN isn’t working? What can I do to solve this/debug?

                      Wppizza is a solid plugin,it does what it suppose to does. On top of it, support is excellent.
                      We love your plugin and we’ll continue to use it.

                      The feature request submitted to solve a problem which we thought might be useful for other user as well.

                          thanks for reply. Yes, this might be not useful for some user.
                          In my case, I setup 10 individul client sites with wppizza so far. All but 1 has pc+Thermal printer setup. The most annoying complain I got from client is,they missed notifications on time due to internet off/Order history page logged out/notifications accidentally muted/IP get blocked by imap failure/worse one: “we forgot to turn on the pc on time” and so on. In all case the customer ring the restaurant and ask where’s their order!
                          My idea came on that extension as, in case of un-mindful client missed notifications on time,at least from thank you page interaction,the customer going to call/alert the restaurant before it’s too late.

                            Those who are interested to use GPRS printer you can contact http://www.ibacstel.com/
                            They sell gprs printer and also they provide a wppizza extention plugin witch able to make the printer to talk to wppizza. You can able to accept/reject order via printer and it will automatically change the status on wppizza order history page. Though at this moment the printer can’t spit out any dynamic message on thank you page i.e.”Alerting restaurant staff”, ” we received your order..delivery time 45min” etc.
                            I’m using one of these printer on my current project.
                            But in my opinion a decent internet connection a pc and epson thermal printer is the best for cheap and reliable order printing solution.
