>I’ve previously reported the issue once here,
sure , and I responded by saying you need to fix the session_start issue you are having . From what I can see (assuming we are talking about the same site still and looking at your debug log there ) it is still an issue on that site
(naturally, I have double-checked this here with the settings you provided above and it works just fine)I believe this is fixed now with v3.18.5
Thanks for letting me knowthanks,
am I right in thinking that you only get this issue when setting a custom range (i.e settings the 2 distinct from/to dates) in the reports section ?you need to enable debug on your site and show me the debug.log
(https://docs.wp-pizza.com/troubleshooting/)
You *might* have to disable the fatal error handler too to get meaningful log entriesi.e in your wp config add
define('WP_DISABLE_FATAL_ERROR_HANDLER', true);
Have a look in the plugin itself (sub)-directory /add-ons/gateway-development/ to see how to add your own gateway implementation (refer to the comments in the files).
However, if your question is actually about me doing this for you, I will have to disappoint unfortunately as I cannot offer customisations / one-off development .
Please see here https://docs.wp-pizza.com/faqs/?section=customisation.Oliver
I do not think I understand.
You updated to 3.8.4 and it’s working , so what is the issue ?So, I’ll have an update later today for this.
That said, just ignore my explanation regarding “>Issue 1” above. That’s not how it works and what I said is simply wrong.
The time do NOT get added to each other but are independenti.e “Minutes after opening” applies only to the (re)opening times. (e.g opening at 8:00, 45min time set, 8:45 earliest available. once it’s later that that , the 45min become irrelevant)
Preparation times: always added to current time as earliest available slot (provided shop is open).
Naturally, “minutres afer openeing” and “Preparation times” might compete – so to speak – early in the day , so longest delay will applyabove just as a – hopefully understandalbe – explanation how this works if someone reads this thread
Thanks for the details – helps a lot.
Referring to your original post:
>Issue 2
I can reproduce the same thing here and agree it’s not doing what it is supposed to be doing
Am pretty certain this worked as intended at some point, so something got lost somewhere in an update. My fault and will be fixed asap (later today / tomorrow I would have thought)>Issue 1
(assuming here the “issue 2” problem being fixed)
This works as it should from what I can make out.
I.e opening at 17:30.
preparation time 40 minutes , minutes after opening 40 min
== total 80 min after 17:30 opening -> 18:50point being: if you are saying delivery takes 40 minutes and preparation takes 40 minutes, customer will not be able to receive anything before 80 minutes after (re)opening .
The reason why there’s a pickup/delivery distinction in preparation times is because someone asked for it at some point, but I cannot remember why this made sense to be honest. Suffice to say I would not have added it if the case had not been made to do so.
In any event, you can of course set the times as they suit you and – I admit – the explanation next to each option could be more descriptive . I’ll see what I can do there.first of all, without a url where I can see things, I cannot really comment I’m afraid.
Furthermore, your third screenshot above is also missing the settings at the top of that page, which have an influence on how things work.
Lastly (for now): is the plugin up to date / latest version ?27 August, 2023 at 8:13 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64607@pr1ma
please start your own topic
your setup is most likely completely different (and your post does not tell me anything either really I could even begin to address)
https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/forum-rules-read-me-before-postingother than that, I would ask you to follow the suggestions above and if you still have issues of course, start that new topic
thank you
27 August, 2023 at 7:54 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64604> On other pages, if this above function is deactivated, the page works fine. And generally, I use the same theme and plugins everywhere.
I’m confused now . You have this activated from what I can see and it works on your site just fine now ? (And I did not change anything )
So what settings do I need to enable/dissable to get yoru problem please to reproduce this.PS: you still really should address the session error as mentioned in my post above..
27 August, 2023 at 6:54 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64598so, did you disable all other plugins / use a defualt theme with your original settings ?
27 August, 2023 at 6:52 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64597> However, on the order form, zip codes can still be selected.
of course. that’s the idea ….(?)
27 August, 2023 at 6:35 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64595had a quick check here with what I would thinks are your settings and it works just fine, so some plugin/theme on your homepage may cause the issue (see session issue above) it seems.
So let me know if things work if you disable all other plugins and use a default theme …(and then – naturally – try and narrow it down to what causes it )let me know…thanks
27 August, 2023 at 6:31 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64594not withstanding my previous reply (i.e try that setting and I will see what happens here too) the seesion issue needs fixing too your end

https://docs.wp-pizza.com/troubleshooting/?section=headers-already-sent27 August, 2023 at 6:26 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64593quick check (temp fix perhaps)
if enabled , can you *DIS*-able
Popup on *every* page regardless of whether or not it has any menu items, cart or orderpage ? (provided it is generally enabled above)as the popup seem to work fine outside your home page it seems – let me know
27 August, 2023 at 6:19 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64591>I will also send you the log file later.
ok
have you also deactivated all other plugins / used a default theme ? (to narrow things down and be shure)Could you perhapos also post a screenshot of your postcode plugin settings ? thanks
27 August, 2023 at 5:41 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64589incidentally, what version of the postcode plugin did you update *from* ?
27 August, 2023 at 5:17 pm in reply to: The Delivery By Post popup is getting stuck, and the content is empty #64588first thing I would suggest is turn off your caching plugin and / or also re-save your plugin settings
furthermore , enable debug (https://docs.wp-pizza.com/troubleshooting/) and check your debug.log
let me know the outcome once you have done thatthat one out of the way.
you are also seemingly caching your site without having set the appropriate settings it seems ?!wppizza->settings: general -> I am using a cache plugin
